Is this real gambling?
No. Perfect Hold uses play credits only. You cannot wager, win or withdraw money or prizes, and credits cannot be bought.
How is the strategy calculated?
Every hand is analyzed exactly: the app works out the expected return of all 32 possible holds over every possible draw. Our calculations reproduce the published Wizard of Odds results for all six Jacks or Better pay tables.
I ran out of credits. What now?
You can watch an optional rewarded ad for 500 credits, or wait 4 hours for a free refill of 500 credits. Drills and the strategy chart never use credits. Pro includes unlimited credits.
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open Settings → Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Perfect Hold Pro, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
On iOS, tracking permission is in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where consent or opt-out choices apply, open the app's Settings → Privacy choices. Your choices never affect credits or features.
Can I move my stats to a new phone?
Not yet. Statistics, history and drill progress are stored only on your device. Your Pro subscription moves with your Apple ID through Restore purchases.
