How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Vagus Vital > Cancel Subscription

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Vagus Vital > go to the Profile tab > tap Restore Purchases

Does the app work offline?

Yes! All breathing exercises and guided sessions are available offline after the initial download.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email support@groovylab.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Troubleshooting

App won't open

Try restarting your device. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.

Audio not playing

  1. Check that your device is not on silent mode (check the side switch)
  2. Ensure your volume is turned up
  3. Check if headphones are connected that might be blocking audio

Notifications not working

Go to Settings > Vagus Vital > Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled.

Exercises not loading

Make sure you have a stable internet connection for your first session. After that, exercises are available offline.
